Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1.- I paid for a subscription, but I don’t have access to the library.

Make sure you are logged into the account you used to complete the payment process.

2.- I can’t open a Pathbook.

The most common issue is a full cache. Here’s what you need to do:
● Go to Settings.
● Click the "Clear Books" button.
● This should resolve the issue.

3.- Is the app safe for children?

Yes, we have a parental control feature (Kids Mode) to ensure they enjoy age-appropriate content.

4.- How do I activate parental controls (Kids Mode)?

● Go to Settings.
● Click on "Kids Mode."
● Select a date. This date is important because it will allow you to switch back to the full library.

5.- The app is stuck on the blue loading screen.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and the latest app version. If your internet connection is not the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

6.- A decision takes me to a blank page.

Wait a few seconds. Some books contain images, and the loading time depends on your internet speed.

7.- The app crashes after some time.

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If it already is, uninstall and reinstall the app to resolve the problem.

8.- I can’t see internal images in the Pathbooks.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If your connection is stable, make sure the "Images" option is enabled:
● Go to Settings.
● Click the "Images" switch.

9.- I can’t download a Pathbook.

Ensure you have the latest version of the app, sufficient storage space on your device, and a stable internet connection.

10.- How do I cancel my subscription?

It’s very easy. Subscription cancellations depend on your operating system: If you’re an Android user, cancel here. If you’re an iOS user, cancel here.
